The markets of large-scale works on which Baumert operates are long and complex operations. By their very nature, they are subject to hazards and developments.
Based on its experience in the management of such markets, Baumert has developed a risk anticipation tool which follows each project from the technical offer to completion of the works. Baumert project managers are also trained in Contract Management This way, risky situations or those with a cost/deadline impact are picked up sooner. Together with the customer, these are either avoided or managed upstream.
This agile, collaborative and proactive approach enables Baumert and its customers to protect the budgets of their contracts in the best way possible.
